Terms of Use

The licence

Your purchase gives you a lifetime, personal licence to use Listener, with no subscription. The licence is the key you receive after paying.

There is no limit on your own computers. You may not share the key publicly or resell it. Keys that are leaked or obtained through a chargeback may be deactivated.

Requirements

Listener runs on a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later, and uses Apple Intelligence for summaries. Check that your Mac qualifies before you buy.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Just write to luizhcrs@gmail.com. Once refunded, the key is deactivated.

Updates

Updates are free. Today they are installed with the same install command shown on the website.

Your recordings

You alone are responsible for the recordings you make. Many places require you to tell participants, or get their consent, before recording a conversation. Use Listener within the law and with respect for the people on the call.

No absolute guarantees

Transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important. Listener is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
